# Providers and tiers

> Discover explicit fixtures, not invented live supply

`GET /v1/providers` supports `pack`, `tier`, `active` and `sandbox` filters. `GET /v1/packs` advertises schemas, aliases, provider counts and calibration telemetry. Tiers A/B/C are routing categories, not a guarantee of verification, quality or availability.

All included providers and rates are labeled sandbox fixtures. Counts describe fixture/router facts, never a fabricated live studio network. Calibration telemetry is demonstrative unless explicitly labeled measured. Warm latency is a target, not a production promise.

Use returned provider IDs when creating a quote; fan-out is limited to two. `POST /v1/providers/connect` stores pricing/brand and connection configuration. It does not scrape external accounts, send CRM writes or enable live processing automatically. Signed provider actions require server-side authorization.
